Communication is Key

“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place”

-George Bernard Shaw

How many of us can attest to poor communication with our significant other? How easy is it to assume you know what the other is thinking, or not take the time to fully hear what was just said? The daily grind can cause both parties to speak not and hear not.

Poor communication within the workplace can easily become a big problem. I don’t think anyone would disagree with this. Phone calls, emails, text messages, meetings, memos, appointments . . . communication IS work. When communication breaks down, almost nothing will get done.

When solving a complex problem, communication between both parties is crucial. Only when all of the information is uncovered can a clear and concise solution be formulated. This type of problem solving usually requires a lot of communication.

Our hydraulic design team thrives on solving our clients' problems. Our niche market is our willingness and capacity to solve complex problems that others may not have the time, energy, or expertise to solve. Our motto, “solving challenges from the inside out”, is exactly what UEA excels at. We take the time to sort out the problem and develop a solution. Whether it's reducing the weight of a hydraulic swivel, making it smaller, or combining multiple models into one, we take the time to listen, develop an idea, and communicate with you. We are here to solve your problems – through great communication and customer service.
