United Equipment Accessories, Inc. (UEA) has promoted Dhaivat Patel to Product Technology & Innovation Manager.

Patel will provide a strategic vision of UEA’s future product technology and will lead the design for UEA’s next-generation products. Dhaivat brings an innovative approach to research and development. Patel will continue to oversee UEA’s quality team.

Patel has worked at UEA for over six years. Before his promotion, Patel served as Quality Engineer and Quality Manager. He lives UEA’s culture of solving customers’ challenges, setting him up for success in his new role.
