One critical aspect of a quality Customer Service department is having the right people to help serve our customers. One member of our Customer Service Team who embodies these qualities is Jamie Backer. Jamie has been with United Equipment Accessories Inc. for over 25 years, primarily in the Customer Service arena.
Jamie has gained extensive experience working closely with our Engineers, making them an invaluable asset in tending to our customers' needs. Throughout the years, Jamie has assisted customers by processing orders, providing quotes, and following up on deliveries. She has not only handled various slip ring products, including our main wind customer and most international customers, but have also dealt with our hydraulics and Alpha products.
Moreover, Jamie goes above and beyond by guiding customers through our returned material process (RMA), ensuring a smooth experience for them. She also contributes to our Engineers' efforts by creating orders for internal R&D projects and have been a valuable participant in our ERP team.
In addition to their core responsibilities, Jamie willingly assists in other areas, such as answering phones, preparing and collecting mail, ordering meals for visitors, procuring supplies, and providing helpful advice to others. Their cheerful chuckle is a familiar sound that brightens our daily interactions. Jamie consistently goes the extra mile to help, exceeding expectations.
Above all, Jamie is a fantastic person who is caring, thoughtful, and humble. Her genuine nature shines through in their interactions not only with our customers but with everyone she encounters.
