What are UEA’s business hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday except for holidays.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Contact UEA for a RMA number.  The RMA number must be marked on the pack list as well as the outside of the box.

What information is needed when I request an RMA number?

 Part number is possible and the reason for return, rework or warranty

How long does it take for a return evaluation?

Initial evaluation is done within 48 hours of RMA receipt. Typical reworks & refurbishments take 3 weeks.

How much will the rework/refurbishment cost?

Every return will have a customized cost depending on what issues are found.  We will always get your approval before proceeding with repairs.

How do a get a quote if I have a product number?
