In our 6.0”-8.0” bore slip ring series, a wide variety of circuits are available depending on the customer’s requirements.  United Equipment Accessories (UEA) engineers can assist customers by recommending ring material and brush material based on the customer’s specific slip ring applications.  Our existing 6.0”-8.0” bore slip ring circuit options are as follows.

10-20 Amp – The 10-20 Amp circuit option uses a 0.125” wide brush assembly and a four-post brush design.  This circuit option is available with copper or silver graphite brushes and brass or plated silver rings.  The voltage options for this circuit are 28V-1000V.

30-45 Amp – The 30-45 Amp circuit option uses a 0.25” wide brush assembly and a four-post brush design.  This circuit option is available with copper graphite brushes and brass rings.  The voltage options for this circuit are 28V-1000V.

60-75 Amp – The 60-75 Amp circuit option uses two 0.25” wide brush assemblies and a four-post brush design.  This circuit option is available with copper graphite brushes and brass rings.  The voltage options for this circuit are 28V-1000V.

125-150 Amp – The 125-150 Amp circuit option uses a 0.50” wide brush assembly and a two-post brush design.  This circuit option is available with copper graphite brushes and brass rings.  The voltage options for this circuit are 28V-1000V.

200-300 Amp – The 200-300 Amp circuit option uses two 0.50” wide brush assemblies and a two-post brush design.  This circuit option is available with copper graphite brushes and brass rings.  The voltage options for this circuit are 28V-1000V.

400-600 Amp – The 400-600 Amp circuit option uses four 0.50” wide brush assemblies and a two-post brush design.  This circuit option is available with copper graphite brushes and brass rings.  The voltage options for this circuit are 28V-1000V.
