The philosophy at United Equipment Accessories, Inc. has always been to commit to a product, make it the best in the industry, or don't do it at all. This is the guiding strategy of our new hydraulic swivel product line. From the beginning we sought the best design talent and product knowledge, we acquired state of the art machinery for the tightest tolerances, we implemented the best process technology for cleaning and assembly, and finally we brought in an assembly testing and verification equipment system. We are now moving to the next level.
United Equipment Accessories has designed and fabricated, in house, a unique Reliability Duration Test Stand for this hydraulic swivel product line. It is designed to specifically validate for our customers the design and performance of each hydraulic swivel; it is uniquely matched up to meet the demands of each customer's application requirements. We are currently building a secure Product Verification Lab to enclose this test stand, featuring remote off sight monitoring for continuous 24/7 operation of the facility. This new PVL is also designed to facilitate a second twin test stand at some point in the near future. The PVL design process takes into consideration all of the features needed to keep our staff and facilities safe during working hours or when operating unattended. When completed in January, we will be able to provide our customers with the accelerated performance test results by way of hard digital test data and the added confidence in the end product within just a few weeks, rather than several months of rigorous field testing.
This accelerated duration testing under various environmental conditions, high and sub-zero temperatures and withstanding thousands of pressure cycles will give our customers confidence in knowing that our products will meet, or exceed, their expectations. That is the UEA WAY.
