One way in which we do this is through our various ways to receive a quote. Whether you’re a new customer looking for a custom product or an established customer needing to fill a new requirement or updated quote, we’ve made it easy and efficient.
Our website has a number of ways of accomplishing this.
If you require an updated quote and have an existing part number, we recommend using our contact us form, which is quick and straightforward to use.
If you are searching for a new product, we recommend using our request a quote form. In this form, you can select the specific product - slip rings, cable reels, shift controls, or hydraulic swivels – that you are requesting a quote for. The form will walk you through the steps to complete your request. While you may not be able to answer every question, this is always a great starting point.
We monitor requests daily as they are received. If enough information is included the form, it will go to customer service, and the quote will be completed within 24 hours.
When the form is evaluated and determined more information is needed, or technical assistance is required it will be sent to our engineering department. If the engineer can help customer service with technical questions, it will be returned to customer service for quoting. In the event engineering has additional questions they will contact the customer directly to obtain the information.
Although email and online forms are convenient, we are always happy to answer your questions over the phone. No automated holds or systems to track through here at UEA! All calls are answered by a live person, and they will assist you to the correct person that can best answer your questions and keep things moving to meet your demands.
