Since COVID-19 became a part of all our lives, United Equipment Accessories (UEA) has worked hard to listen to employee concerns, be transparent, and be ahead of best practices to keep all UEA team members safe. We will strive to provide a safe place to work by providing our employees with the appropriate personal protective equipment.
As an added precaution, UEA has begun distributing face masks to all team members. These masks will be required to be worn while on the production floor and anytime an employee leaves a private office. Face masks will not replace social distancing guidelines but will provide an added level of protection for all employees.
UEA is committed to taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and their families. UEA will continue to implement all measures necessary to mitigate risks to the spread of COVID-19, consistent with the CDC and OSHA guidelines and requirements.
UEA would like to thank everyone that contributed to the effort to sew clothe face masks for all employees. Also, thank you to our staff members that have provided homemade hand sanitizer to our employees and their families and created our wall of hearts to show appreciation for dedicated team members during this difficult time.
