assembly job

Assemblers at United Equipment Accessories (UEA) work hands-on with our products, ensuring every aspect of the assembly is ready for our customers. Whether it’s a slip ring for a crane or a rotary union for a grapple, our customers depend on our assembly team to provide quality components for their products. But how, exactly, does an assembler spend their day?

What Does an Average Day Look Like?
  • Reading blueprints and work instructions to assemble UEA slip rings, rotary unions, cable reels, and shift controls
  • Striving to meet daily quality and operations standards, including efficiency and productivity, to ensure the products are getting to our customers
  • Working together as a team to get the product from one department to the next
UEA Core Values

We take great pride in our staff demonstrating our core values in their work. Our core values include: being caring, being hardworking and dedicated, being a creative problem solver, and being a knowledge seeker. We look for candidates that will bring these core values to their work at UEA. An assembler might demonstrate the UEA core values in their work by:

  • Showing care by being responsive and getting work completed on time
  • Being hardworking and dedicated with a “can do” attitude
  • Finding ways to seek out knowledge of our products and processes

UEA offers two shifts for assemblers. UEA’s first shift typically works from 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
