As Director of Operations, Deb oversees UEA’s Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams. Deb mentors the operational team's strategic planning and the development of systems and team members to support UEA’s year after year growth with a unified vision of providing a consistent customer experience and value.
Deb has over 25 years of operational experience in the fields of semiconductor, automotive, aircraft and electronics. Deb has held various management positions from Vice President of Operations over twelve plants in the automotive arena, Industrial Engineer for Beechcraft to Shift Supervisor for Motorola.
Deb obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University with advanced training and system implementation in Advanced SPC, TQC/ TQM, Cycle Time Reduction, Design of Experiments, APQP, Reliability Engineering, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Innovation Management, VA/VE Analysis, 5S, ISO 14001, ISO 9000 BSI Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, TS 16949.
