As Chief Operation Officer, Deb oversees UEA’s management team, overseeing the company’s strategic planning and development of systems and team members to support UEA’s growth with a unified vision of customer experience and value.
Deb started with UEA in October of 2010 as Production and Quality Manager. UEA has more than double in annual sales since starting with the company and continues to expand in its current and new markets. UEA's management team continues to develop its team members and systems to allow UEA to plan for future growth and stay true to its proven process.
Deb has over 25 years of operational experience in the fields of semiconductor, automotive, aircraft, and electronics. Deb has held various management positions from Vice President of Operations over twelve plants in the automotive arena, Director of Operations for an international company with 8 U.S. plants, Industrial Engineer for Beechcraft to I.E./ Shift Supervisor for Motorola.
Deb obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University with advanced training and system implementation in Advanced SPC, TQC/ TQM, Cycle Time Reduction, Design of Experiments, APQP, Reliability Engineering, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Innovation Management, VA/VE Analysis, SQAM, A3, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, Kato, 5S, ISO 14001, ISO 9000 BSI Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, TS 16949.
When not working, Deb enjoys vacations with my family and visits to various art venues such as art museums, theater or symphonies.
