The first mission statement criterion is, "To provide innovative solutions for our customer's specific motion application needs." Our values are quality, integrity, creativity, and stability. Finally, our vision is "United Equipment is striving to be the leading provider of quality custom components for motion applications worldwide." Our partnering with Decril cable carriers satisfies all of these criteria. They are a relatively small, second generation family-owned, company with a reputation for innovation in plastic molding technology. Their values mirror those of UEA as they have an international reputation for quality and integrity, have been technologically creative, and yet have experienced many years of stable ownership and growth. Their cable chains have a reputation for being quality components for motion applications worldwide. The final core business driver that UEA has always sought is finding customers with the application in which others have failed. UEA designs to meet or exceed the needs of the application and satisfy its customers to foster long term relationships. When Decril made this same statement before UEA had even espoused it to them, we new we had met all of our criteria. You can now understand why we are excited about this partnership in the U.S. |
